How long have you lived in Lakewood?
I have lived in Lakewood for about fifteen years and am proud to call it home. I grew up in Castle Rock, Colorado.

What motivated you to enter public service?
I was motivated to enter public service because I believe local government has a real, tangible impact on people’s daily lives. I’ve always been drawn to work that helps communities function better—whether that’s improving services, enhancing the economy, protecting public health, or making sure residents have a voice in decisions that affect them.

What issues are you most passionate about?
I’m especially passionate about sustainability, responsible development, and making our communities more accessible and livable. I care a lot about how land use, transportation, and environmental decisions intersect with quality of life, public health, and affordability.

What do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, exploring cities on foot or by scooter, and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy learning new languages, cooking, and staying engaged with community events and local issues.

What is your professional and/or educational background?
Professionally, I work in environmental and public-sector program management, focusing on air quality, sustainability, and community-based initiatives across the Denver metro area. I have over a decade of public service experience and hold a bachelor’s degree in political science as well as a master’s degree in business administration.

Any personal insights you’d like to share?
I try to approach both my professional work and my role on City Council with curiosity, pragmatism, and respect for differing viewpoints. I believe good governance starts with listening and being willing to work through complex issues and getting to the heart of a problem together.

Do you have a ward newsletter you would like for us to share on this page?
At this time, I do not have a ward newsletter to share, but I regularly communicate updates through community ward meetings.
