Strength training classes not only help you build and maintain muscle — they assist with balance, endurance and overall physical health. All classes, specialty or general, require online registration or registering through a recreation center representative. Registration is setup for two weeks at a time.

This class is an intense 30 minute core-training workout designed to tighten and tone your midsection. Using mostly body weight, it challenges balance, coordination and functional strength.
