Current Work
Construction of the storm sewer from Quail Park to Owens Court is currently in progress. The contractor has also begun excavation for the new detention on the northeast corner of Quail Park. For more information on the improvements in Quail Park including a site layout and proposed rendering, please see our Lakewood Together page.
Upcoming Work
Beginning Feb. 9, the contractor will perform utility investigations and begin storm sewer construction on W 20th Avenue at Nelson Street. Excavation for the detention pond and grading within the park will continue for the next several months.
