Active Adult Services

Active Adult Services provides programs and support for ages 55+. Classes and drop-in activities, day trips, outdoor recreation and special events, like the annual Active Adult Resource Fair, are just some of the ways to get involved. Transportation services, a lunch program and community resource assistance are also offered.

Lloyd G. Clements Community Center

Clements Community Center offers a variety of activities and services for ages 55+. These include transportation assistance, drop-in activities, interesting classes and a lunch program.

Lakewood Rides Transportation

Lakewood Rides offers door-through-door transportation services for Lakewood residents 60 years of age or better and those with disabilities of any age.

Older Adult Health and Wellness

Fitness activities for ages 55+. Take part in fitness classes, outdoor activities, sports leagues, a lunch program and more.

Community Resources for Active Adults

The Reachout office provides referrals to over 3,500 programs in the community and is available by appointment.
