A free event offering resources and services from local vendors supporting the 55+ community. This event hosted at Whitlock Recreation Center and is open to older adults, their caregivers and family members. The vendor application window for this event has closed.

9-9:20 a.m. Qigong

9:30-9:50 a.m. Mat Yoga

10-10:20 a.m. Tai Chi

10:30-10:50 a.m. Zumba + Lift

11-11:20 a.m. CIRCL Mobility

11:30-11:50 a.m. Yoga Stretch
