City Manager Jonathan Cain began his role in October 2026. He is an accomplished local government executive with extensive leadership experience in municipal administration, fiscal management, economic development, emergency response, and community engagement. He is nearing completion of graduate coursework toward a Master of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy through the University of Colorado Denver's DOLA Best and Brightest Program and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Government from Ripon College.
Deputy City Manager Ben Goldstein assists in overseeing the day-to-day administration of city government. He attends City Council meetings and study sessions and
works to help coordinate City Council agenda priorities and works with the city's department leaders to support the vision set by the Mayor and City Council.
