How to Apply for Lakewood Possibilities Fund Assistance

You can download the English(PDF, 203KB) or Spanish(PDF, 194KB) 2026 application and submit your forms, including proof of residency and income, by emailing them to LPF@LakewoodCO.gov. This is a secure mailbox where your information is kept safe. Dependents 26 years and older must apply individually.

We are accepting applications for 2026 through November 13. Funds awarded for 2026 will expire December 1, 2026.

We will begin accepting 2027 applications for scholarship assistance on Monday, November 16, with funds available for use December 7, 2026, through December 1, 2027. Registration for winter/fall classes will open December 8, 2026.
