Lakewood Possibilities Fund

We believe that all residents should have access to the city of Lakewood’s programs and facilities, regardless of income.

If you are a Lakewood resident in need of financial assistance in order to participate, review the application information and apply for the Lakewood Possibilities Fund online. If you need eligibility verification, you may also apply at any Lakewood recreation center. Lakewood Possibilities Fund recipients can use their funds on Lakewood camps but not contract or third party camps.

We are accepting applications for 2026 through November 13. Funds awarded for 2026 will expire December 1, 2026.

We will begin accepting 2027 applications for scholarship assistance on Monday, November 16, with funds available for use December 7, 2026, through December 1, 2027. Registration for winter/fall classes will open December 8, 2026.
