"Contextural" brings a cozy, comforting feeling to the gallery and offers shelter from the outside world.
The show blends deeper meanings with raw, natural textures, inviting visitors to slow down and look more closely. Featured pieces will include works from Washington Heights textile classes.
A reception will be held Sept. 17 from 6 to 8 p.m.
The Corner Gallery will also include a makerspace this fall. Get cozy and learn about texture in this special learning environment at the Lakewood Cultural Center.
