Register your dog through Foothills Animal Shelter which administers the pet licensing program in Jefferson County. Dog licenses must be renewed annually.

Step 1.Get and complete your required form from Foothills Animal Shelter

Step 2.Get your Proof of Current Rabies Vaccination

Step 3.Visit us at our office

8 a.m.-5 p.m.
Bring your completed form and a check or money order of $20 for each animal
$10 fee for a replacement tag prior to renewal
