Join the Lakewood Trail Running Series at Bear Creek Lake Park hosted Wednesday evenings, September 2-23, 2026! This fun, community-focused race series features a different route each week, giving you the chance to explore the park’s diverse and scenic trail system.

Courses range from 4.25 to 7.2 miles, showcasing everything from rolling hills to wide-open meadows.

Race 1 (Sept 2): 7.2 miles (Regular) or 5.2 miles (Short)

Race 2 (Sept 9): 5.9 miles

Race 3 (Sept 16): 5.4 miles

Race 4 (Sept 23): 4.25 miles

Whether you're looking to push your pace or simply enjoy an evening on the trails, this series offers a welcoming and energizing environment for all levels.

Come out to Bear Creek Lake Park Wednesday evenings in September at 6pm for a unique and scenic trail racing experience. Each week features a new 4 to 6.5-mile course that winds through the park’s rolling hills, meadows, and lake views—offering a fresh challenge and beautiful backdrop every time.

All participants who complete the full series will earn a special prize to celebrate their achievement. Plus, enjoy a fun and supportive race atmosphere and the camaraderie of fellow trail runners.
